Library Catalogs usually list all of the materials available from a library, including books, theses and dissertations, government documents, audiovisual materials, electronic resources and databases, and journal and magazine subscriptions, but not individual journal articles.
You can always start with your local library catalog to see what items are in your campus library or can be sent from other campus libraries.
UToledo Library Catalog – (http://utmost.cl.utoledo.edu/)
If you do not find the book you want in our local library catalog, or if our copy is checked out or missing, you can search our state-wide catalog.
OhioLINK Library Catalog – (http://olc1.ohiolink.edu/search/) Just like the UToledo Catalog, but lists materials in over 85 Ohio academic libraries. You can request books online to be sent to a UToledo library, in a matter of 3 – 5 days. To see if it has arrived, view your library record, or we’ll e-mail you to your @utoledo.edu account.
In the rare instance that you cannot find a book in the OhioLINK Library Catalog, you can search WorldCat to see if it exists in another library. Use the ILLiad Interlibrary Loan form to request that it be sent here.
