Library catalogs typically list all of the items available from a particular library or group of libraries, regardless of format: books, magazines, videos, etc. are all included. Many catalogs can also tell you whether the item can be checked out and whether it is currently available.
In the UToledo Library Catalog, all formats are included, as well as all campus locations (all Carlson collections, including the Canaday Center, the Mulford Health Science Library, the LaValley Law Library, Engineering Library, St. Vincent's Medical Center, Book Depository, and Internet resources). Note: the library at the Center for Visual Arts at the Toledo Museum of Art has a separate catalog.
Electronic Books are included in the UToledo Library Catalog; you can find them by limiting your search to the Location: Internet. Many of the e-book collections can be searched separately. See the Electronic Books page for major collections we have access to.

You can also see books from our Carlson Best Sellers collection which are available for checkout. The selection offers all the latest books that been published within the last couple years and are available for pleasure reads or educational purposes.
OhioLink is a catalog of over 80 college & university libraries in the OhioLINK system, plus the State Library of Ohio and a few public library systems. Materials listed as "AVAILABLE" can be requested and delivered to UToledo (or any other library in the system). This catalog can also be searched from the UToledo Library Catalog by clicking on the "Search OhioLINK" button.
Search below for the catalog of materials in the Toledo-Lucas County Public Library System. They tend to have more popular 
fiction and general interest books than the UToledo Libraries. They also have access to movies and subscription services like Libby, Kanopy, Hoopla, and more.
UToledo students can obtain a free public library card by showing proof of attendance to the University of Toledo with their rocket card or provide a home address in Ohio. You can also request access to the TLCPL system through a digital library card here. This will allow you to check out ebooks and other materials through a number of emedia resources provided by TLCPL.
The nearest branches to UToledo Main Campus are the Sanger Branch and the Reynolds Corners Branch, while the Toledo Heights and Heatherdowns branches are closest to the Health Science Campus.
