UToledo Libraries has print circulating copies of most UToledo theses and dissertations written before 2011. Please request the one you are interested in through your own affiliated library's interlibrary loan department.
All UToledo theses and dissertations written since 2010 are freely accessible in the OhioLINK Electronic Thesis & Dissertation Center (unless the author has requested a temporary delay). Some, but not all published between 2000 and 2009 are also available at the above link.
Unfortunately, we are unable to lend materials overseas. However, dissertations may be available from the UMI (ProQuest) company. This is not an Interlibrary Loan service since UMI is a private company. Please note that they set the price, and currently the cost averages $61.00 (US).
