Search Engines

Google
General search engine. Good for background information and product data/specifications and pricing.
Google Scholar
Use to find scholarly articles. Often there are links to obtain the article for free but not always.
science.gov
Science.gov searches over 60 databases and over 2200 selected websites from 15 federal agencies, offering 200 million pages of authoritative U.S. government science information including research and development results.
