This survey on health information outreach (HIO) in academic libraries was conducted as a 10-year follow-up to the authors' previous 2010 survey.
Survey questions were expanded to capture librarians' experiences delivering HIO in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Our survey results were published open-access in the September 2023 issue of Health Information and Libraries Journal.
The survey instrument is published at the end of the article in Appendix A.
