20th Annual Health Science Campus Artist Showcase

Ready to Submit Your Artwork? Complete the Online Submission Form. 

The submission form will require you to sign-in with your UToledo credentials:

1. Enter your first.lastname@rockets.utoledo.edu, and click Next
2. Enter your UTAD user name and password

Submission deadline: Monday, January 6, 2025

Submission Limit: You may submit up to 10 individual works of art. The HSC Artist Showcase Committee will decide which pieces are accepted per artist. 

Acceptance: You will be notified of the status of your submission by January 13, 2025 and will receive additional information from the HSC Artist Showcase Committee. 

If you experience difficulty submitting your artwork via the online form, please contact Jodi Jameson (jodi.jameson@utoledo.edu or 419.383.5152) to make alternate arrangements. 

Artwork is accepted from UToledo faculty, staff or students affiliated with:

• All departments and colleges on the Health Science Campus
• Health science-related departments and colleges on Main Campus (College of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences and College of Health Science and Human Services)
• The University of Toledo Medical Center

Original artwork in a variety of media, genres, and forms is accepted, including, but not limited to:

• paintings
• drawings
• photography
• sculpture
• pottery
• glass
• mixed media
• digital art

Artwork does not need to adhere to any specific theme.
