DNP Evidence-Based Practice Project: Library Resources: Submitting Your DNP Project to the Sigma Repository

This guide is designed to assist graduate students in the Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) program with the research and scholarly writing components of the final DNP Project.

Sigma Repository - DNP Project Registration & Submission Instructions

To submit your DNP project to the Sigma Repository, follow these steps:

  1. Register first prior to submitting your DNP project https://www.nursingrepository.org/reg-instructions/
  2. After registering, do the following (these steps are also listed above in the registration instructions)         
    • Email the repository staff at repository@sigmanursing.org. Provide the following information in your email message - 
      • Subject line: Sigma Repository Registration Complete, Submission Access Requested
      • Your name
      • Credentials
      • Email used to register
      • Brief details about your work and the material(s) you wish to submit.
      • Whether you are part of a participating group (e.g., school of nursing, nursing organization) – include The University of Toledo, College of Nursing, DNP Doctoral Papers
  3. You will then be granted Submission Access to submit your DNP project. Follow these instructions: https://www.sigmarepository.org/submission-instructions/​​​​​​​
