A large number of Google Scholar items are not free, but may be available through UToledo Libraries
- You may be asked to pay for items - DON'T DO IT!
- UToledo's libraries, working with our statewide consortium OhioLINK, have worked with Google Scholar to embedded access.
- Your status as UToledo student/staff/faculty may allow you to access many subscription content without fees and also borrow books.
- Any Library Links to fee-based UToledo subscribed items will appear automatically when you are on campus.
- Off-Campus?Go to GoogleScholar Preferences and set University of Toledo as your library.
- Set up account or sign into GoogleScholar
- Click on Menu symbol in upper left corner
- Click on Gears (Settings)
- Click on Library Links , follow directions
Click on Settings (above) then all Library Links (below).
Full text Items of Free and UToledo fee based subscription based items will have links in the right column.
All other items may be requested through Interlibrary Loan.
