Following the University’s upgrade to CAS SciFinder-n in Fall 2021, patrons of the University Libraries have had access to both the traditional SciFinder and the SciFinder-n user interfaces. CAS has announced that they will be officially retiring the classic interface on December 31, 2022. Faculty, students, and staff should anticipate using the SciFinder-n interface exclusively in the new calendar year. Power users of SciFinder who have not done so already should consider migrating their personalized saved answers and alerts from the classic version to SciFinder-n by following the publishers instructions found at https://scifinder-n.cas.org/help/#t=Working_with_Search_Results%2FSaved_Page%2FSaved_Page_-_Migrate_SFW_Answers_and_Alerts.htm prior to this retirement date.
