Welcome

Welcome to the Animal Testing Alternative LibGuide

This guide was created to assist research scientists in fulfilling the requirements of the Animal Welfare Act (7 USC 2131-2156) in considering alternatives to animal testing before beginning a research project.
UToledo investigators are required to search the literature for alternatives and supply their findings to
the UToledo Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC)
