Book Access and Locations

The following books are recommended texts on the nursing process available from the UToledo Libraries. 

Most are available in print (physically located at the Mulford Library) while a few are available as e-books

To access e-books, simply click the links for those titles below, then click Connect to Full Text. You may be prompted to enter your UTAD username and password.

For print books, locations and check-out periods may differ depending on the book:

  • Mulford Reserve. Books on reserve are available to be checked out for limited loan periods, either 2 hours or 3 days depending on the title. To check-out a book on reserve, ask a staff member at the 4th floor Circulation Desk to retrieve it for you. 
  • Mulford Browsing Collection. Located on the 4th floor of Mulford, near the back elevators and restrooms, these books can be checked out for standard loan periods (4 weeks for students). 
  • Mulford Reference. Located on the 6th floor of Mulford, these titles are in closed stacks and can only be retrieved by library staff. To use a book from this collection, ask a staff member at the 4th floor Circulation Desk to retrieve it for you. These books cannot be checked out and must be used in the library.
